Insurance Coverage
I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna/Meritain, Sunflower, ProviDrs Care, and United Health Care Medicaid. Because every insurance plan is unique, your out-of-pocket costs—such as copays, coinsurance, or deductibles—can vary significantly.
To ensure you have an accurate understanding of your financial responsibility, we verify insurance on our end and I require all new clients to verify their benefits prior to our first session. Please contact your insurance provider using the number on the back of your card and ask the following:
* Do I have mental health benefits?
* What is my copay or coinsurance for outpatient psychotherapy?
* Has my deductible been met? If not, how much remains?
Cancellations & No-Show Policy
