Recognition

When anxiety and burnout take hold

You might feel stuck in loops of worry, exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix, or emotions that seem to run the show. Therapy here is a place to slow down, feel genuinely heard, and learn to shift these patterns from the inside out.

Transformation

The life you want to live is possible

Steadier moods
Anxiety loosens. You sleep better and think more clearly.

Grounded choices
You decide from strength, not fear. Guilt and shame fade.

Real control
Your nervous system learns to settle. You feel less trapped by your thoughts.

Genuine agency
You move forward as yourself, making choices that actually fit your life.

Check in first

We start by seeing what's on your mind and how the week has been.

Focus and work

Together we dig into what matters most and practice something new.

Leave with clarity

You walk out with one or two small steps you can actually take.

Structure that breathes

We build each session around what you need most, with room for what surfaces.

Tools

Three ways we work

Each approach fits your situation and what you need most.

Clarity

Notice thought patterns, reshape them

You learn to spot the stories your mind tells and choose different ones.

Resilience

Ride out strong emotions without losing yourself

When feelings surge, you have practices that help you stay steady and present.

Direction

Choose actions that match your values

Even in hard moments, you move toward what truly matters to you.

There is a small white side table with books and a black spiral notebook next to her, and a tall green plant behind her. A gold and white decorative swan, a gold table lamp, and a pair of gold candles are also nearby.

Practice

What happens between sessions

You may get short exercises, journaling prompts, or skills to try in real life. Always matched to your pace and what you can actually do.

  • Small, doable exercises you can fit into your week

  • Journaling or reflection prompts that deepen what we talked about

  • Real-world chances to try a new skill and notice what shifts

Questions

Answers to what people often ask about individual therapy here.

  • There's no fixed endpoint. Some people work through a specific issue in a few months. Others stay longer to build lasting patterns and resilience. We check in regularly about what's landing and what you need next.

  • You'll feel it first. Your mood steadies, you react less quickly, you make clearer choices. We also talk directly about what's shifting and whether the work is moving you toward what matters most.

  • Say it. If the fit isn't right, if you feel misunderstood, or if something isn't working, that's worth naming. We can adjust how we work together or explore whether a different therapist might be better.

  • Yes. We work with many plans. See the Fees & Policies page for details on coverage, rates, and what to expect.

  • We fill up seasonally. A free consult is the best way to check availability and see if we're a good match for what you need.
