What therapy costs

Transparent rates for individual, couples and group sessions

Individual therapy

$120 per 50-minute session

Couples therapy

$150 per 50-minute session

Group and DBT skills

$25 to $50 per session.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including HSA and FSA cards. Payment is charged automatically after each session.

Insurance

How out-of-network coverage works

Marilyn is out-of-network, so you pay the full session fee at the time of your appointment. After each session, you can request a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement based on your plan's out-of-network benefits.

Cancellations

Cancellation and no-show policy

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full session fee. Emergencies are considered case by case.

Telehealth

Sessions available only for Kansas residents

All telehealth sessions happen through a secure video platform. You'll need a private, quiet space and a reliable internet connection to join.

Privacy

Your sessions and records are protected under HIPAA. Use the secure client portal for sensitive documents and scheduling.
